Submissions Policy

The International Journal of Public Health & Medical Science (IJPHMS) welcomes high-quality manuscripts that contribute to public health, medical science, health policy, healthcare systems, occupational health, epidemiology, disease prevention, health promotion, and related multidisciplinary fields.

1. Manuscript Eligibility

Manuscripts submitted to IJPHMS must be original, unpublished, and not under review by another journal at the same time. The journal accepts submissions that present clear research questions, appropriate methods, ethical data collection, transparent analysis, and meaningful contribution to public health or medical science.

2. Submission Requirements

Authors should prepare their manuscript according to the journal’s author guidelines. The submission should include a complete manuscript file, author details, abstract, keywords, tables, figures, references, and any required ethical approval or consent statement where applicable.

3. Originality and Plagiarism

IJPHMS expects all submissions to maintain high standards of academic integrity. Manuscripts must not contain plagiarized, fabricated, falsified, or duplicate content. All sources, data, images, tables, and previously published materials must be properly acknowledged and cited.

4. Ethical Approval and Consent

Research involving human participants, medical records, clinical information, or sensitive personal data must include an ethical approval statement. Authors should mention the name of the approving ethics committee, approval number, and date of approval where available.

5. Peer Review and Editorial Decision

Submitted manuscripts are first checked by the editorial office for scope, formatting, originality, and basic quality. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening may be sent for peer review. The final decision may be acceptance, minor revision, major revision, resubmission, or rejection.

6. Conflict of Interest and Funding

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, personal, or professional conflict of interest that may influence the research. If there is no conflict of interest, authors should state: “The authors declare no conflict of interest.”

7. Editorial Rights

IJPHMS reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s scope, ethical standards, originality requirements, formatting rules, or scientific quality.
